Vacation Certificate - Terms and Conditions
1. Vacation Certificate is being offered by Holiday Travel of America, 6405 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, CA. 92009-2802. Sun Labs Inc and/or Sun Goddess Inc. are not responsible or liable for any claims made by Holiday Travel of America or offers made within their vacation certificate.
2. Certificate entitles the registrant to complimentary standard accommodations for 2 adults. Take your choice of one of the following destination: Orlando, FL; Puerto Vallarta or Cancun, Mexico; Daytona Beach, FL; Cabo San Lucas or San Carlos, Mexico; Freeport, Bahamas; Las Vegas, Mesquite or Reno, NV; Wisconsin Dells, WI; Ft. Lauderdale or Miami, FL; Hilton Head Island, SC; Branson, MO.
3. Certificate is for two (2) adults who are 25 years of age or older and possess two major credit cards. No debit or ATM cards will be accepted. Additional room nights and upgrades are available, at a discounted rate, to certificate holders only.
4. To activate your vacation certificate you must complete your reservation request form that is attached to the certificate and mail it along with a $25.00 USD tax deposit to Holiday Travel of America.
5. Once you are confirmed a Holiday Travel of America travel consultant will contact you so you may proceed with your transportation plans. Holiday Travel of America recommends that you do not book your airline reservations until you are confirmed on the date and destination of your choice.
6. Certificate is valid for Sunday through Thursday occupancy only. Upgrades, at an additional cost, to the weekend may be available in certain destinations, ask your Holiday Travel of America consultant for details.
7. You must select two (2) different dates, at least seven (7) days apart, in chronological order, or your request may be delayed.
8. Reservation requests must be submitted at least 45 days in advance and are subject to space availability at the time of booking. Please make your reservations early especially for holidays or peak seasons. Certain destinations may be subject to high season blocked out periods.
9. Holiday Travel of America will acknowledge your reservation request within (14) days of receipt. Holiday Travel of America will confirm your reservation in writing no less than 21 days in advance of your travel date. Holiday Travel of America will give you as much notice as possible. 10. Cancellation Policy: Once Holiday Travel of America has confirmed your reservations and received all paperwork, they will send you a confirmation letter to present upon check in. If you need to cancel/change confirmed reservations more than eight (8) business days prior to your arrival date there will be a $25.00 USD fee. If you need to cancel/change confirmed reservations within seven (7) business days prior to your arrival or fail to check in for a confirmed reservation you will be charged by Holiday Travel of America the current rate, which will be guaranteed by credit card.
11. Certificate is valid for your accommodations only. It does not include food, beverages, taxes, portage, gratuities, transportation, service charges, or incidental expenses.
12. Certificate is not redeemable for cash or any other consideration. Any two or more certificates cannot be used consecutively, for group travel, or the same destination within a twelve (12) month period. You will be restricted from selecting a destination located in the county of your residence.
13. Certificate is fully transferable should you wish to use it as a gift, subject to the Terms and Conditions of the certificate.
14. Holiday Travel of America cannot be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond their control, causing destinations to become unavailable. In the event that such circumstance occurs, Holiday Travel of America will offer a substitute destination.
15. Certificate offer is valid through December 15, 2007, and may be extended annually subject to destination changes.
16. Holiday Travel of America is not responsible for any verbal or written representations not contained within the certificate.
