Sun Laboratories has acquired the skill and ability to offer the highest quality batch mixing. Our high tech production facility allows us to manufacture any kind of solutions or suspensions. Kettles are equipped with integrated heating and cooling systems and have multi-functional mixers, scrapers, and homogenizers. Our production area is also equipped with a USP water purification system. |
| We have a large variety of filling equipment so we can meet all the specifications and standards required by the client. Our qualified and well-trained personnel are committed to total quality. Our equipment can fill any size jars or bottles with automatic filling machines that runs over 3,000 units per hour. Finally we have developed a specific process for hot liquid filling that guarantees a constant quality from beginning to end.
One of the most important features of our laboratory is unquestionably our Quality Control Department. Controls, tests and checks are part of every step of production and packaging. With our Commitment to Excellence philosophy, we can certify that when a product has been stamped "Approved" by out QC department it is guaranteed to be of the highest quality possible.
